I am very impressed with Webroot Internet Security! I have not had any issues with it and it scans my computer quickly and more efficiently than the product I used to use.

Renewal Nightmare

I have been using Webroot for about a year and it is time to renew my subscription. The online renewal program rejects my renewal for info I have entered that is "invalid", although I know it is valid. And worse, the program clears ALL fields and you have to reenter everything again, even though it was correct the first time. I will not be renewing Webroot or using it in the future.
The "new" version with a red dashboard is trouble.

We root has a problem with the latest version. Ever since I renewed my subscription which downloaded a new version with a red status panel, we root locks up my computer and will not work. I have to try to shut down protection and turn off the program so I may reload Webroot and have it function again. This problem occurs regularly, at least three times a week. The previous dashboard, without a red colored panel was more reliable and did not give me problems. The new version is buggy.
I have used Webroot for two 1 year sessions now, and true...they set the daily scans for about each 2 hours of internet connectivity. Problem has been I am feeling that the scheduled scans are not deep enough, as I will on occasion run other software on the heels of Webroot's scans and will pick up things I feel they should have found. I should not have to run those scans.
I was screwed out of my renewal monies because my card date had expired and I tried to update information on the card while still logged in from the failed attempt due to expirations date. after I updated the info it took the monies but did not down load. I had to go through the purchase again and I ended up being double charged. The 8 to 5 weekday number had no answer.....So
