I've never had any type of virus or malware make it onto my computers. I like that I can buy coverage for multiple devices for multiple years in order to save money. I just renewed for another 3 years. When I've occasionally needed tech help, it was relatively easy to get answers.

I suspect my issue is the result of Webroot having been purchased by opentext. I had a question before purchasing a renewal to my account and phoned dozens of times over a week and was never able to talk to a live person and my voice messages went unanswered. When, finally I did renew online, a technical issue developed and I was unable to make contact with their technical people, having unsuccessfully called dozens of additional times to their "help" number. What good is a product by a company that isn't able to reply to customers' calls for help??? There is no way to even contact them for a refund! . . . except through my bank to stop payment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
