I have had Webroot for 10 - 15 years now. I have never had a problem with hackers penetrating the Webroot defenses. Not for want of trying, I receive phishing and similar hacker efforts almost every day in my email. But they stand out, are mostly marked as risky, and are easily removed. My various computers over the years were never compromised by hackers.

I would say Webroot catches about 85% of the SPAM. The ones they don’t catch are emails informing me that my product has been ordered and that I paid for it. These are phishing emails so I delete them to the spam folder. I wish Webroot would catch 100% of phishing emails.
