We have had no experiences with Webroot, and I guess that's actually a good thing. We have never had any warning of viruses, no crashes, no breakdowns. I'm assuming Webroot has stopped them before they had a chance to start. Our computer service guy told us to get it instead of what we were using before, he said he had never had any problems either, so we did, and he was right.

I tried to renew my subscription for two years and including the purchase of a hard disc. I had to renew for four years with disc as your program would NOT allow me to cancel the two year subscription with no disc
