Spencer had the patience to deal with a 75 yr old computer illiterate to get the customer out of Microsoft S-mode after 2 weeks of dealing with Microsoft non-sense. He did a GREAT Job of everything that I managed to screw up in 2 weeks

Webroot used to be a 5 stars for me until they changed how it works on my cellphone.
Ever since the change it's been nothing but a headache, when I renewed my subscription it says its about to expire or has expired, I always have to fill in my information or keycode information, I always have to turn on my chrome browser so it's protected, in all the yrs I've been a Webroot customer I've never had any problems Webroot got 5 stars from me, but ever since they changed the protection for cell phones, it's been a nightmare I want to wake up from, just READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS from other customers.
WE WANT THE OLD WAY BACK, I have no complaints on all my other devices.
If Webroot really cares for your customers then YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO US.

Re-bought protection and for some reason Webroot can't detect that I have updated software so I keep getting the nag screen warning me every day I am unprotected and to renew for the last 6 months even though I already did it. Trash.

I have been using this program for 10 years or more. I have never had a problem with getting any virus or spyware on my computers. It catches it right away. I also have been recommending this to alot of people.
Now understand if they go somewhere when webroot pops up. Don't go because now that is your problem not theres.

The product is excellent but they hound you for renewal staring 6 weeks before your subscription ends. They show a warning icon on your subscription is paid.
They have zero respect for their customers. I am switching to Bit Defender.
