I still am not able to download to any of my devices and every time I sign in then I go to download it it doesn’t pull up and then when I ask for help from support it asks me to sign in again and the says my password is incorrect. Not sure what going on.

I bought a new laptop and I have my keycode, but no account information. They won't let me use the Webroot that I paid for, on this new laptop. It's on the laptop but says information has not been verified yet. Not Cool!!!

I tried to follow the directions, but they did not install the program. Stop trying to get more money out of us, Make it simple. One hour has passed and its still not installed, and I don't want to start all over and get double billed like B4.

I had Webroot and cancelled it. Went to Norton 360 because they offered me a deal. So sorry that I went there. DId not like the way it operates. Very frequently would block some of the sites I visited; which I knew were "safe sites." Also, constantly wanting me to upgrade (of course, an additional $50 to $100). I went back to Webroot, so glad I did. Easier to operate, easier to understand. Well worth the money! Thanks!
