The easiest to use security program

Webroot takes care of practically every issue needing attention. It scans the entire system with great speed. I have used other brands that can take up to an hour to scan the system with no better results than Webroot. I have used Webroot for years with complete satisfaction and will continue to do so.

I am a new customer, less than 6 months. So far has been very good. I went with Webroot because of their support for when you need it you want to be able to communicate with them for help. My previous internet security company push their problem back on me, the customer. I also have Carbonite with this company and are very pleased with this product.

I am still having a time with my console always saying that it needs activated then when I go through the steps it says it already is. Other than that it does ok. except for my hassle with the Carbonite extension that I thought was part of it and had to go through trying to get that fixed. Still trying to get my files back.

Very happy with this for the PC's but my laptop turned into a 'blue screen of death paper weight' for a night (I was eventually able to restore the laptop but I won't try to install Webroot on it again)

I was a Norton user for many years. It used to be good, but in recent years has become more and more obtrusive, with a constant bombardment of pop up messages. No such issues with Webroot, it runs silently in the background without the constant need to respond to messages and alerts. Love it
