Jumped to Webroot Secure Anywhere 5 device package 6 or 7 years ago keeps whole family safe never had issue put this on every customers machines as standard now not had a single issue of complaint does slow you machine at all like most other packages in the marketplace
I would recommend this to a friend!

I already had a subscription but was unable to alter the auto renew feature or the payment method before the time cutoff for the auto renew to be charged. There is nobody available to help with this on the weekend. I could not find any place online in my profile to change my credit card number. I ended up getting two subscriptions going at the same time which is still causing my computers to be confused. I am surprised and disappointed that there is no option to NOT have my subscription automatically renewed. It makes me feel like I'm being forced to buy. Next time I will call in advance to take care of business on my terms.

I purchased the webroot still have not got it working. Went on line to geek squad paid for them to check and correct the plan that still say I am not covered. To date still nothing. Continue get "disconnected" when I try. Very disappointed, as I was a geek squad costomer for years. Cannot afford them now as they have priced me out of keeping the contract.
