Excellent protection, poor customer support

Webroot Secure Anywhere is doing a good job of protecting my home desktop computer. However, I recently ran into a problem. Immediately after a Webroot update, my built-in camera suddenly stopped working. When I contacted Webroot's customer support to ask if the two were likely related, all I received was the complex set of troubleshooting instructions that I had already found online. Please add an option to chat or talk with a knowledgeable Product Manager about specific questions.

Great Features, but Withholding HUGE Information

I have provided the link, but Webroot has discontinued back-up storage for Mac Users. Knowing this, as a Mac User shopping out packages I wouldn't spend the extra money. I was really looking forward to that feature.

My system has never run this well before zero problems so far.I had been using Avast and Malware bytes both were paid versions and had tons of problems with browser etc. i wish the password manager was Webroots own.

Doesn’t drag your system down. I have an older computer and have had Webroot on it for 5 years. I use it on all my devices and so far no viruses or malware.
