I have used this virus protection the past 5 years and have never had any issues. It seems a little confusing for mobile phone protection to get loaded but have been able to manage. Also pay attention to the auto-renewal . I personally hate it when company's do that so don't forget to opt out. Overall I am very pleased with the protection I receive with WEBROOT and would highly recommend.

Great Protection IMHO

I've used the "Internet Security Complete" package on my mobile phones (android & iPhones) and PCs for at least the last 4 years and have had no security issues whatsoever. While I do use separate cloud storage and password manager, I have very much appreciated the PC Optimizer feature of this package which takes care of numerous housekeeping tasks that I know I would otherwise forget. I also appreciate that Webroot "plays nice" with Microsoft's built in security features, eliminating one more difficult to diagnose problem. All-in-all, a no-brainer.

I work as an IT professional for an MSP. We put Webroot on all of our customer endpoints. In June it was reported that an MSP was hacked that also used Webroot for all their client endpoints. The hacker used the Webroot management console on the technicians PC to push out ransomware to all of the client pics and Webroot did not catch it.

Best Security 'Blanket'

Having this product for the past 4+ years I've never had to worry about anyone or anything invading my laptop, tablet or phone. It provides me the best peace of mind knowing it has my personal electronics safe and secure.

Nothing gets through

I am completely satisfied with this product... I have never had anything get through that should not and am warned of impending sites that do not carry sufficient protection so I can back out...

I have no worries when it comes to Webroot. I first started 2004 -2005 with Spysweeper. I thought it was great product then and to this day I firmly believe in my decision. Its only gotten better and when I've had issues Webroot fixed it right away. The dashboard is well laid out so that you can find what you need right away. It's so non-intrusive you forget it's working hard protecting you. Thank you for a great product.
