Won’t stay in ears

Also because this is my second review, the pods will not stay in my ears. Do you know what it’s like for a black pod to drop on a dark floor in an airplane? Almost impossible to find. JBL no need to reply because you can you responses the same to every review.

We appreciate your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds come with three different sets of ear tips designed to help ensure a comfortable and secure fit. I recommend trying out each set to find the one that fits your ears best. Alternatively, you can explore third-party ear tips that may provide a better fit for you. If you need more assistance, please reach out to our support team directly. We’re here to help!
I bought these because my AirPods are static-y after many use and I was in the airport and needed something. I spent twice as much as what they are going for on site. But I needed noise cancelling due to prop plane. They are not noise cancelling unless you have your music cranked up. Terrible. And they don’t fit easily in my ears.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds 2 TWS feature noise cancellation designed to help reduce background noise, such as airplane sounds. However, they may not completely eliminate very loud or high-pitched noises, as these can be more challenging to filter out. We'll make sure your feedback gets to the right team, and let us know if you have other questions in the future.
3 stars because they don't read my text messages- otherwise ☆ The sound when talking to someone is a little off at times but over all great for comfort, watching movies, and listening to music.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the JBL Tune Buds 2. While we strive for all our products to meet the highest standards, we understand this wasn't the case for you. Your feedback is important and will be relayed directly to our product development team as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our offerings.
I was disappointed - not that they are a bad product, per se. They just don't seem to be designed to fit solidly in your ear (or at least my ear). They fall off easily because they just sit on my ear instead of in or around my ear. Also, I don't think you are able to adjust volume directly on the ear buds - you can only adjust volume with your phone or device.
I bought these a few weeks ago during their 50% clearance sale. They're just okay. I've had Bluetooth connection issues with the right earbud, and they don't stay in my ears securely—they tend to loosen up. I also can't access Siri while using them. The sound quality is great; it's just a shame the rest of the experience isn't as good.
These are the worst designed ear buds I’ve ever purchased. They constantly fall out of my ears no matter what I do. Whoever designed and approved the weight distribution for these earbuds needs to have their engineering skills evaluated.
