Terrible earbuds

I INSTANTLY REGRETTED THESE THEY ARE SO QUITE I'M ACTUALLY QUITE MADE I BOUGHT THEM THESE ARE THE WORST EARBUDS I'VE EVER GOTTEN JBL IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY

This is not what we'd like you to experience with your JBL Tune Flex 2. Try using different ear tips to achieve a snug fit in your ear. Adjust the ear tip angle slightly downward for easier insertion into the ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely to the shape of your ear, and continue twisting it into your ear canal. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support for additional assistance.

Great sounding buds, smaller than previous models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a few JBL buds. The software seems to get better each version especially the pairing. I took them out for the first time and my phone automatically popped up a pairing windows to the JBL Headphones App. They connected and asked for a software update which took a couple of mins. Overal the sound is great. Theres plenty of low end base and ther stereo sound stage is wide. They stay in my ear whilst walking around so no problems there. The only thing that seems a little strange is that if you turn off the noise cancelling it reduces the base a little. Its not really a problem as I keep it on. Talking of the noise cancelling, it works, but obviuosly its not as strong as a larger pair of headphones. Its enough to reduce some of the office noise around me so I dont need the volume too loud. Overall I'm pleased.

Great no-frills, affordable buds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are a perfect middle ground for those that don’t want to spend/don’t need top dollar buds, but also want a quality product with some higher end features that you won’t find in the cheap/disposable brands.
I’ve used a handful of different earbuds from various manufacturers. So, the following category reviews are informed as such.
Sound quality: this is almost always the case, in my opinion, with JBL products: the sound quality is excellent. Crystal clear highs, and nice smooth low end.
Comfort: this gets the highest marks from me. I wore these to the gym, where I’m typically moving around a lot, and they stayed put. Yet, I don’t have to jam them in my ear like many other models.
Noise cancellation: this is the wordy category for me. This is my reason for deducting a star in my rating. The NC is acceptable, but not much more. I’ve tried other models/brands that are much quieter.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend these buds at the price point they’re at. You won’t get better sound quality and fit!

Good sound and excellent noise blocking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is good. They were a little bass heavy at first but that was easily remedied via EQ. Both Spotify and YouTube were clear. Watching movies was confortable. The shape and multiple ear cups make them accessible for anyone. The charging ability is fast, on par with similar products. Of interest was of noise blocking to ambient aware to pass thru. Very nice feature. The only downside was a bit of lag between button tap and its response. The noise blocking option cycling had about a ½ second between making a choice and announcing what what chosen. Id love to see this improved (hopefully via a OTA update).

JBL Tune Flex 2 are amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds are amazing! I am using the medium fitting adjustment but they seem to not fit very well. The sound quality is very nice and the bass response is awesome! I love that they last all day without having to be recharged. I would definitely recommend them if you want nice deep bass and crisp highs!

Best ear buds

The ear buds are comfortable for all day use. The battery is spectacular at lasting. The sound quality is crisp and clear. The case is great for fitting in a pocket. Everyone needs a pair of these.

Favorite In-Ear Buds. Exceeds expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Summary: Great fit, volume limit is crazy high (in a good way), sound range/quality are impressive
As someone with smaller ears/ear canals, I typically struggle with finding in-ear buds that sufficiently noise cancel without going all the way inside my ears since anything too deep results in a bad fit... Which means I pretty much exclusively use Over-Ear headphones, but they're not always the most convenient for being on the move, so I'm happy to finally have found a pair of buds that provide the same (if not better) sound quality while being much more travel-friendly. These have really added a layer of convenience to my life without sacrificing quality.
These stay in place and have a wider base in order to help block out sound without needing typical suction endings (although there are other tips provided). The tips come with 4 sizes ranging from XS-L, and I love that the XS is actually removable which makes it easier to clean rather than needing to use a needle directly on the headphone. They're extremely comfortable to the point I forget they're in sometimes.
My favorite part? I have minor hearing loss in one ear and love to listen to my music LOUD. It's basically like there's no volume limit with these. Seriously. I utilized the Personi-Fi setting in the app for a customized experience, bumped up the bass, and can't even listen to music at full volume without my head vibrating. It's amazing. I really get the all-encompassing experience of music without needing to compromise on comfort and bag space. I'm practically crying tears of joy to finally have earbuds that work for me.
