The product is getting better!

It still has issues in detecting rain, but the wifi & setup issues have been greatly improved over the last model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Outstanding features!

I have been using Defender Guard cameras at my business for over a year and was lucky enough to get to try the Guard Pro camera as a beta tester. My original cameras worked well enough but the new ones are better by a lot. The picture quality on the Guard Pro camera is fantastic and the features in the new app are also much improved. The app handles the new hi-def Guard Pro cameras and also my original Guard cameras.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CAM HAS ALREADY CAUGHT TRESPASSER ON OUR PROPERTY

A couple of weeks ago a trespasser entered our property when we were not at home. We have videos of her car and close up of car license plates as well as clear videos of her entering our backyard and taking photos without our permission.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needed to keep eye on work shop

I was a beta tester an this is still working great i like the spot light it is on my work shop that is 110 feet from my house. If i go out there at night the spot light comes on makes it easy to see. It does go on at night when the deer go by
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best camera ever

I got 2 Guard Pro cameras, one in the front yard and one in the basement to monitor my kids. It's amazing how clear they are both in picture quality and two-way audio. I want to say the sound is much better than the Amazon Alexa, I used to talk to my kids it feels like I am on a video call. The image quality in low light is a killer, you don't even have to open the white light in most cases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defender was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t tell you how much I love these cameras. Quality is awesome and I love the ease of using the cameras. Simple setup and everything is controlled through their app. And did I mention Color night vision!

Fantastic DIY NVR

My overall impression of the 8 Channel 4K Sentinel NVR is very good. The system came well packaged with each camera packaged in it's own box. It was a breeze to setup with the cameras truly being plug and play. The NVR and accompanying app were configured within 10 minutes of unboxing. By far the most difficulty is running your cables to your camera locations. Take your time and plan where you'd like your cameras and the routes you have access to for the cable runs! The image quality of the cameras is fantastic and far surpasses the wireless cameras I used previously. The accompanying app is intuitive and easy to use. I was surprised at how little bandwidth this system uses. There are many options which can be configured around motion detection, notifications and schedules. Setting up and using this system has been a great experience and has provided a lot of value in a nice DIY package.
I would recommend this to a friend!
