Amazing picture quality though no imagery at night. Playback feature could be better continues to freeze and lag on the fastest internet connection possible.I would prefer more ease of setup and description of features.

I purchased a couple months back and I got to tell you it's a great product. It's relatively user friendly. The only downside is customer service which I understand and respect and hopefully that will change the staff is good at getting back to you ASAP when confronted with an issue..

These cameras are just what I was looking for. I had wifi cameras which expensive enough. Then you have to add monthly subscription charges.
It seems like it was a ripoff, which I'm glad to get rid of.

This is an easy install and works better than other IP security cameras. It would be nice to have the Defender cameras to work with Amazon Alexa, Google Home for smart home features which other camera vendors have it.

this is my second Defender system, the first being the 2k wireless. the difference between these two so far is night and day. a little more work to set up but worth it. down the road i'll be replacing the 2k system with another of these 4k nvr systems. hoping to have a video review up on youtube soon
