Purchased this for additional peace of mind at home and it has exceeded my expectations. A breeze to install. High quality recording capabilities, with a convenient user-friendly monitor. Everything one needs for a basic security setup.

I bought the PhoenixM2 system because I wanted h.d. night vision security system that also required no computer or downloads or drilling into my house. The Phoenix system checked all the boxes. I had this system up and running in less than a hour☆☆☆☆☆. After approx. A week my system started to get some interference that caused my front yard camera to loose connection. I contacted the customer service dept. "Darrielle" who responded within a hour. After several simple suggestions to correct the problem, I had to send my unit back. Well with constant communication updates Darrielle had a brand new unit on my front door in less than a week. My new unit runs as flawless as the original did without the interference. These cameras are amazingly clear day or night,the moniter has loads of features and is very simple to operate. Thank you so much Defender and especially Darrielle.

I bought this camera and for the first month worked great. Now its keepings saying out of range Im in the process of returning it and hopefully I will get a good one this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great camera system

I have had the defender for about 4 weeks now . A week ago the moniter was
showing camera #2 was out of range. I went out and looked at the camera and
it didnt appear to have any power to it. I went in to the garage and the plug was
plugged in. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in again. Everything was working again. It must of reset. Other than that the defender is working great. I love it
so far.

Great picture in low and high light, Sound quality could be a bit better, but works for what we are using it for. For the price of the system it i worth it.

I purchased this system and have been using it for a little less than 6 months - using one camera so far. I most appreciate being able to review past recordings while the system is presently/still recording. Also, I very much like the ability to set up hours to record for each day of the week. We have it covered and the camera seems to be staying dry with the rains we have had here.
I would recommend this to a friend!
