Easy setup

I have looker for a security system for a long time that was not tied into my wifi and when I saw an ad on the Defender. I took a chance and bought the two cam model. Boy, was I glad how easy it was to install. One of the best thing that I liked was the small cable easy to work with. It made it easy to tempotry try different locations until I was happy with the best location to cover my house. I first mounted one camera on a small board that I could move to the different spots to view the coverage, then I mounted my cameras permantaly. I am very happy with the video quality it suits my needs and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a security system, I am 79 years old and happy I didn't have to crawl through the attic to run cables. I will probably be adding another camera for the back yard to complete my security system.

I am a property manager for an Elderly woman in Westchester an wanted to give her added protection ! She is not computer savvy so this system works perfect ! Easy to install , she has an alarm system but the visual for her is great !

Nice features and good picture

This replaced an 8 yr old Lorex system that failed. I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the controls. You have the ability to do most things needed from buttons on the front of the unit without going into a menu. You can set sensitivity of the motion detection for each camera. The alarm for motion detection is adjustable and very loud on high. Night vision is very good. We use the two way communications to talk to people that come to our locked front gate. Not a complete security system but a good way to screen people that come to your door without opening the door and to record any activity at your doors / gates.
