Great Value and performance

After a year in use, the Phoenix has worked flawlessly. Where it is installed there are two concrete walls between the camera and monitor screen and a distance of about 100 ft. It was well worth the investment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best you can get for the money

Purchased a few weeks ago with one camera to monitor the gate for entering our property. It replaced a much older lorex system with much less range and picture quality. Does exactly what I want... Record with motion at the gate and creates a sound to alert me. Instructions are few, but not necessary as it's very intuitive. Hope it lasts for years to come. Great affordable product!

Nice and easy

What a cute little device. It's not everything I need in a security camera, but for the price it is excellent value for a beginner. I don't think the camera is suited to outdoor use in a Canadian winter so I have mine positioned to look out the back window of my house. That room is unheated but less cold than outside. Even though the window gets a bit frosty when it's -20 C, the slight heat given off by the cameras is enough to keep the glass clear just in front of them. I have no trouble watching down to my property line on the monitor during the daylight hours, instead of going down to my back room incessantly to look out the window. That's what I bought it for, and it serves the purpose.
The night vision doesn't work through a window but I'll be able to use it in the warmer months when I can attach the cameras outside.
My life is better since I bought this product. I look forward to expanding my knowledge of security systems so I can invest in something more elaborate and powerful in the near future. In the meantime, the Phoenix device is very adequate for helping me watch over my property, which is particularly vulnerable to trespassers of the malicious sort.
