I bought this only a day ago and i love it already,right from the time we plugged it in.This was so simple.Like plug and play.The system came already paired.We thought we would have to remove some tall thin trees and brush and we didn't have to.We got instant reception.DEFENDER out did there selves with this one! Simple to navigate, view and delete your recordings right on the monitor if you choose.We would like to add another camera to this later.You will not go wrong buying this! I can't say enough.Thank you,DEFENDER!

I installed this system today. This system was easy to install taking approximately
1-1/2 hours. The system was plug and play. The camera was paired when the power was turned in. All of the Monitor functions are easy to use. Sleep button (Motion Detect) for viewing only. Record (Motion Record) records only when motion is detected. The picture quality is very clear. I am completely satisfied with this system.

Great Technical Support

It's very unfortunate that "over the phone" text support is no longer available. With that being noted when Michel from text support contacted me (within 24 hours of my initial request) he was very patient and helped me solve my dilemma. His professionalism and patience are the ONLY things that prohibited me from no longer wanting to have anything to do with these products or the company. In today's times when video surveillance is a MUST, when the system is not operating effectively, you feel and want help immediately. Thank you Michel for responding as quickly as you did.

2 memory cards 1 slot for large card where the small memory card go I can't find a small slot get the 2 camera one not the 1 camera
