Great System

I bought this a few weeks ago as a Christmas present. The description sounded like this unit is just what we wanted. It was! Very easy to set up, good picture quality. I found I had to go online and download the manual to get all the information I needed to operate system. So far, it is GREAT!

Nice camera for the price!

Bought this a few weeks ago. Setup was relatively easy. Video during the day is excellent. However, night video is so-so. When the flood lights are on, it is very good but in total darkness it is fair. My only complaint is the joy stick - it is a bit too finicky and sensitive to use.

We really like this system

We purchased this unit after shopping for a long time. This one seemed the most like what we were looking for. We love everything about it, except we are having a hard time figuring out how to view the footage it records. We plugged the card into my husbands smart phone. We can see that there are video icons, but they wont play. We may have to play them on a different device. Otherwise, this thing is great. The range is awesome and it even works at night.

WOW Factor Security System

I purchased the Defender Security PHONEIXM2M for my Son-In-Law for Christmas but ordered (2) vis just (1). I debated sending the extra one back but installed it in my new home, WOW is all I can say for this product. Night/Day security with sound for a very modest price, easy install (no issues what so ever), and a quality produce............. what more can I say, Buy one and see the results, "Awesome"!

Very clear video

Had a problem with the monitor going in and out of range. Talked with Melissa C and after a few checks she arranged for me to return the system to them. I received a replacement system which I installed and now works fine with no drop outs.

Have had for a few days and picture is fine. Navigation bar is NOT user friendly. Picture cuts off quite often. Monitor could be larger. Overall, a nice outfit.

So simple to set up and use

I bought this to add to a security system we already have, but there were dead zones the other system wasn't covering. The main system monitor is upstairs in the office so when we are downstairs watching TV I can't see any activity outside. This was a brilliant solution to a couple of issues. I got the dead zones covered and I have a small monitor in the livingroom. I was really surprised how clear the cameras are - even in night light. Playback is a kind of simple when I used the manual. Things looked pretty clear on the playback on the monitor and kind of distorted when I played the sd card on my computer monitor. I could tell it was a medium sized dog, but couldn't tell you what kind of dog it was at 3am.
I wonder about the night clarity of a suspect for the police. I hope I never have to find out.
