Sleek design but the owners manual is lacking

I like the low profile design but pushing the button to open the door seems like it will ultimately fail. There is a "release" under the microwave to pull the door open but no mention in the owner manual. I wonder if manually opening the door will harm the door latch.

Will not connect to wi fi. Wish I had never bought this. Going to see dealer next week. They don't even supply an owners mqnual
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WOW - the owners manual ONLY has directions for installation - NO user manual. In initial setup, set clock for 12 hr format. Changed, on it's own, to 24 hr format. Online for 1/2 hour so far and unable to find directions to change clock settings.
Whirlpool's website only has installation manual.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the vent and lights that there are so many options for speed and intensity. And then tone letting you know your food is finished. Also there are many options for heating foods up and cooking.

Lots of Features But Needs Control Manual Included

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about a month and used it a lot. When it was first installed there was a "rattle" on the right side. The installer said it was most likely a fan and notified a technician who came within a few weeks and installed it. Problem solved. The microwave does not come with a user manual that explained the use of controls, so I couldn't figure out how to change the power level and stop the turntable. I chatting with them and was provided a reference to it. When I asked why it wasn't included with the microwave, I was told it was to save paper. Not sure it really saved paper since I needed to print it out. There are a variety of foods you can select from that the microwave will make the settings. I haven't tried all of them, but the ones I've tried work well with the exception of the one for baked potatoes which doesn't provide nearly enough time. In general, with few exceptions, I have very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Need to rethink design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had 2 weeks and can’t figure out how to cook at 50% power. Also, control pad is on door making the door extra wide, have to step back to get out of way when opening or closing. Control panel needs to be on unit to make door less wide.
