[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works good as expected. Added features as 3 level lighting plus warm/cool adjustments are nice. Programming and connecting to Wi-Fi can be confusing. One negative, being a low profile model with a lower inside height, the rotating dish needs to be flush to avoid hitting food and drink containers when entering the munit

Compact microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it hard to operate especially setting the time,, I wish they a microwave with a larger had a little linterior. Maybe average size, medium and this one. Otherwise it serves its purpose. I did try to pop a bag of popcorn and over half of the kernels didn’t pop. I wish I had just purchased a counter top model. Lesson learned!

Sleek addition to our kitchen

Not having a handle to open the door was a nice feature, allowing for easier cleaning. Happily, now our kitchen is full of Kitchenaid appliances!

Powerful fan, fussy buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this microwave but it’s annoying buttons and sudden fan activation takes off two stars but I think it’s a great microwave otherwise . The overall look and cooking with melt, defrost etc features are excellent . It can be gentle or strong when you need it.
The setup for cooking is on a learning curve, you just have to learn to overcome this machines quirks . I close the door hard sometime the fan will blast on.. the overhead light for the stove will come on with the slightest accidental touch or firm door shut. It would be nice if there was a knob or dial option , the push buttons pad area are very specific to work- if your finger is not touching the right area it won’t work

The lighter color interior allows the interior light to be brighter which helps when cleaning. All the functionality you'll ever need is right at your fingertips!

Good ventilation, slow and awkward controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the 600cfm ventilation, and that works well. The microwave controls are slow and awkward, and you end up repeatedly pushing a lot of buttons. The Alexa/Google Home integration isn't working, and KitchenAid customer support says its waiting on an update.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
