Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new microwave! It is compact but has plenty of power and space. The exhaust fan is great and has several settings. The light that shines down on the stove also has several settings. I recommend this microwave to replace a hood exhaust fan because it does both.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice surprises on the newer features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has some nice features our old microwave didn't have like the vent fan turning on automatically when cooking something on high for a longer period that is typically normal and at a high-power setting.
Tremendous power on high setting with the vent fan.
Uneventful installation of the microwave. Used it immediately to cook a meal after the install.
We needed more clearance between our stove and the microwave and this model gave us what we needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it all, but maybe a timer?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works perfectly for us....I have lots of positives about its use and very few negatives. Only one I can think of, actually, is that it doesn't have an independent timer for anything that is going on in the kitchen or on the stove below it. (I bought a hand-held timer for that as a result). I need to be alerted to the few minutes of broiling of bread for example ....I can't enumerate the number of crostini's I've scorched! In a summary, I can think of no great negatives about this appliance. By the way...I love the narrow oven....don't think I'd ever roast a turkey in a microwave anyway.

Too slow to respond

Everything about this microwave is great apart from the HUGE time lag between pressing a button and something happening (cooking, fan, light - all of it). It's extremely frustrating and I can only imagine it would be trivial for the manufacturer to address. It is so annoying that I considered returning the microwave. Ugh!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vented outside

Microwave works good. Had to have technician out. Noticed air blowing from top and bottom even being vented outside. He checked damper and everything. Guess will always have some air blowing from bottom and top. (Not a lot)

Don't buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate this thing. It was obviously never tested in real homes. Awful, stupid and non functional.
Slow response, except when your not trying to operate. Family sound like a jet. Turning I ff fan and light is ridiculous. Steams up and door is covered with water after use. Can't open door without turning on fan or light accidentally. My dishwasher and oven are silent this is a joke.

Mostly pleased with new Low Profile design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice features with adjustable light color/intensity, sound, fan and wifi capabilities. Programming is a bit confusing as directions and diagrams don't always sinc. With a shorter height, the rotating shelf should be recessed to avoid hitting contents being inserted.
