Fantastic oven. Pizza was okay, this was due to my inexperience. I am enjoying this oven and each pizza is better than the last.

It’s a big beast, but boy does it deliver on heat !!
Stone temperatures always 500+, cooks a 12” in about 2 mins, love it.
Just need to perfect my dough and stretching technique though 🤷♀️🤦♂️😂

Great oven and multi purpose

Wood fired is great for flavour and gas is convenient. Having both in this well made oven is great. After a few runs with wood I have moved to gas so do buy the gas kit and it comes with the connector hose so do not need to buy them separate (like I did).
Practice making your pizza in your home oven at a safer temperature and then move up to the hot 350+ temperatures.
Pizza really cooks in 40-50 seconds so don’t go too far. Already thrown some pizza parties. Dont forget to drizzle hot honey over your pizza! Enjoy

maintaining the heat is much easier with this oven than the pellet oven we started with. We are very happy we made the upgrade.
