Another great oven

I have 12G, Koda 16, but this beast is another level. Plenty of room inside, BIG I mean BIG glass door with great view inside oven. I am very happy and look forward to try another food then just pizza. Only down side for me - CAP from chimney dont find hole for chimney. Means for storage withnout chimney on there is blank hole.

Oven is great! Gas safety devices a bit sensitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time cooking pizza in an oven and LOVE the oven, but still working on my dough preparation however. Love the new larger glass (my best friend has the version before the Karu 2 Pro) and the ability to do wood, charcoal or gas. I opted for the ease of gas. I’m four cooks into the new oven and only one bad launch caused pepperoni and sauce on the brick. No worries. Scraped it out, let it smoke, and it baked right off the stone.
Had trouble with the gas shutting off after about 20 minutes which was frustrating during a beginner pizza session, but as a DIY dad, I figured the safety devices needed some cleaning. Cleaned the thermocouple on the FSD (fire safety device) and reset the connection where it is mounted to the gas valve and my last two cools have been flawless in Minnesota November weather (14 degrees was my warmest cook day so far)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ooni pizza oven is everything I hoped for! I have been wanting an Ooni for years and my wife splurged on one for my 30th birthday. We have made about 15 pizzas at this point, and all of them have been delicious. The tutorial videos and app features are super helpful for setup and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend this pizza oven!

Perfect oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is my first. I liked the Karu 16, but when I saw this I fell in love. It is just beautiful! Such a huge difference between this and a normal oven or a Kamado. It is a steep learning curve, but it is so enjoyable that you kind of miss it when you get used to the oven.

Charcoal and wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used charcoal and wood for first time temperature hit 840 degrees. Cooked very fast burned little on the back end. Will need to turn quicker and keep it closer to the door opening.
