Dual fuel the right choice

Went for the Karu 2 pro as had read a couple of negative reviews on the gas only ones. I’ve had it about 4 weeks now and have made pizzas with both wood and gas and have been really impressed in how well they cook. Would definitely recommend the dual source ones. The size is fine as only takes 30 seconds per pizza and the 16 inch is probably the max for retaining the heat on the stones and having the door also massively improves the heat retention.

Have used it several times for different types of food (pizza, wings, steak, veggies. all have been very good. Ooni is very easy to use and set up!

I have cooked twice in it already and its soooo lovely! Great to be able to see with the glass front, and it was large enough for a small loaf of bread. The temperature gauge is also really nice.
