Good design and solidly built

Good design and solidly built oven. In my limited experience, it takes 45+ min to get the oven to the right temperature (725 F or more) and it's in the mid 40-ies outside. The pizza tastes like what one would get in a restaurant from a wood-burning oven. There's no comparison with baking a pizza in a conventional oven.
I have the Ooni peel, but even the smaller one is too large for turning the pizza once in the oven. It looks like I'll have to purchase a turning peel too.
I haven't tried the NG attachment yet. NG can be used instead of charcoal and wood, but not together at the same time. The latter would be very convenient - e. g. get the temperature to 650 F on NG and then add wood for flavor and to bring the temp to 750F while baking the pizza. Unfortunately, that's not an option.
Still, this is a great product for those who love pizza and enjoy the preparation and baking process.

My first pizza over. Amazing!! Still trying to perfect it. It does get up to 900 + degrees. Only have used the gas . I will be using wood or charcoal. Great investment

Great oven!

Very happy with it overall! Have used it many times, the only issue that I've had is that the gas option adapter sometimes won't start and I'm forced to use a lighter. Other than that it's helped me make great pizzas and other breads!
