This is a great oven. The glass door is a great feature to help retain the heat and be able to view the pizza, the soot build up is minimal and you can still see very clearly. It is nice a easy to clean too due to the space inside. Its my first ooni and we love it! Definitely recommend this product, I am a amuture in pizza making.

Oven well built other than the Ooni connect cables have to be wiggled every time you want it to come on no real instructions on times and temperatures for pizzas for beginners hard to find information for that bought natural gas adapter in cold weather. It won’t get over 650° lack of instructions. Do not tell me if that’s normal. as I said, I am a beginner could be partly me.

Amazing oven for the serious pizza enthusiast or home cook that wants to add another tool for preparing delicious meals in!
Ooni tells you that this oven is portable and technically, they’re not lying. But it’s over 50# once assembled and very bulky and large. I nearly had a stroke trying to bring my new oven indoors and store it in the basement until I could figure out a permanent locatioon!! lol!
First pizza cook was made using store right and I didn’t give it time to rest properly before stretching so I ended up making pizza bialy, but clean up was was a breeze and the oven produced a crisp crust that was neither burnt nor raw
