I've really enjoyed this coffee maker. Having two reservoirs is awesome. The expresso res in the back lasts a long time. The steam function works well, I just wish it was either mounted higher or had a slightly shorter stem as I have to tip my steam pitcher and it sometimes slops. It is quite convenient having k-pods as well as Nespresso pods. The controls were a little confusing and the instructions didn't help, but after about a week, I had it figured. Well worth the money.

Excellent 4 in 1 concept! Replaced my Cuisinart grind and brew and single serve K cup machines. Did have to get a burr grinder as we couldn’t live without fresher ground coffee. Versatility is unmatched with high quality coffee and espresso/cappucchino. Only gripe is that at end of K cup brew the K cup is still full of coffee (not purged with air) and it drips. Contacted support and their only suggestion was to return it, which I may do (exchange). Expensive but unique machine!

It’s a great drip brew coffee and fast with pods and Nespresso pods also. The milk Steamer, although fast and works well is a terrible design as it doesn’t flex to allow the frothing container underneath it. Seems a silly design miss. Otherwise it all works quite well and I like the “all in one” system it provides

Compared to similar coffee makers it's overall a good product. Pros - Compact design, multi-function, decent quality Cons - 1. Steam tube does not allow you to get your cup under it unless half empty. 2. Pod sizes are inaccurate (2 oz. heavy). 3. Limited to 1 (small) espresso capsules. 4.Top fill make under-cabinet placement awkward as with most. 5. A little overpriced

I give this 4 stars only because there is one thing they could do to make this machine perfect - add a grind and brew feature. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Other than that, I am very much enjoying it. The water capacity of the single serve is quite adequate and I love that it makes both Keurig and Nespresso pods. I replaced a Cuisinart SSGB-1 which has grind and brew pot and Keurig single serve. I had a Nespresso machine next to that. The grind and brew was quite a mess to clean every time and the water capacity of the single serve was small. My new machine lets you choose the size of Keurig and the size of Nespresso. It also has a milk frother attached which can be used for hot water for making tea. If Cuisinart ever can figure out how to add a grinder to this machine it will be perfect and I'll be first in line to buy. If you're looking for testers, Cuisinart, count me in!

Is everything you need in a coffee pot and barista station but there’s a couple of things that they need to be changed one the coffee pot you can’t turn off when the coffee is done. It goes in warm mode and if there’s no coffee left in the pot it’s still heating up the craft, which is eventually crack Also, when you pull it out to add water to the Keurig portion, it always leaks all over the counter two things that they need to straighten out

Good multipurpose coffee maker, can only use small Nespresso pods, would like to be able to use larger Nespresso pods that make a larger drink. Sometimes the Kcup pod only dispenses water, no coffee. Overall its a good multipurpose coffee maker for a household with different requirements.
