Within a month the K-cup/espresso/steam wand section stopped working. Nothing to do with a clogged needle or being dirty. Bought in May ‘23 and stopped working June ‘23. Great idea, terrible build.

Water leaked from day 1. I really wanted this to work so I could save on counter space. The entire water tank leaked out on my counter and continued to do so every time I filled it back up. Very disappointed.

We had to get a new one because the K-cup did not work. We received the new one, and the K-cup worked at first...but now works intermittently. I have noted others having the same problem. I am not sure what to do about this...it is an obvious flaw in your product. What do you suggest we do?

The all-in-one coffee center makes great coffee and allowed me to retire an old Keurig and espresso maker, giving me more room on the coffee bar for mugs and k-cups. It's nice to have a cup of coffee or espresso in the afternoon quickly and without having to brew an entire pot.

The ease of switching between the carafe and kpods Is pretty easy what I don’t like about it is the water tank for using the carafe is located behind the coffee maker you constantly have to keep moving the coffee maker forward to fill the tank. The water tank for the kpod is on the side which is okay. As far as the frother for the milk it would be nice if it was a little shorter to accommodate your cup. Check the dimensions of the coffee maker to make sure it will fit under a your kitchen cabinet some people have had problems with this

Beautiful machine but unfortunately single serve latch got stuck on two machines ! Had to return twice : /
