Not all features function correctly

Bought the machine in DEC 2024 and it has worked well enough up until now. The Nespresso part of the machine fails to provide coffee. Standard Nespresso capsule installed but the machine will not exert sufficient amount of pressure to puncture the capsule.

This machine is amazing. It does everything we need it to do, seems well designed, and it's pretty easy to use. Wife likes espresso pods, i drink k-cups, and the full coffee pot option is useful when we have guests so we don't have to rip thru 4 or 5 k-cups. Highly recommend this

We recommend it and would buy one again. We are happy with it. There are a few things that are a little annoying.
Two water reservoirs is probably the biggest issue. On the counter, it’s a little difficult to get to the removable one for the single use and steamer. To fill the main reservoir I use the carafe, and not all the water comes out of it. Otherwise maybe use a cup. It kind of awkward.
The steamer nozzle is a pain to clean. We read about the drips after it’s done. The fix there is to swing it over the drip tray.
You are limited on the size of cup to use the frother/steamer so if you want to use a large cup, no joy.
I’d recommend reading the instructions very well. It’s not as intuitive as I would like.
The warmer feature stays on. Just push the on/off button again to switch it off.
It’s a great item if you’ve got two people with very different coffee choices. Each can do their own thing in a relatively short time.
