Very happy with the 4-in-1. We wanted a coffee machine which could do ground, K-cups and the Nespresso pods. Added bonus it has a steamer to do the frothing of the milk. Instructions were excellent - didn't need to watch you-tube videos... One caution is that it is "large" - we bought it for a destination travel trailer which has limited area. But it works for us. It has a dedicated countertop space and a dedicated shelf area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brand new purchase. Functions are intertwined and confusing. Seems no switch exists to turn off the warming plate when pot is empty creating an unsafe situation.

This is almost perfect, K-Cups, Nespresso Small pods, and ground coffee. The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the drippings after brewing cups or pods. We had a Ninja, and this out brews it by taste unbelievable I tribute this to the brew temperature the Cuisinart brew hotter extracting more flavor. This also was a major declutter as it does the work of up to 3 machines.
