Great features, frothing feature is challenging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 30 days ago and have thoroughly enjoyed both the single use (k cups, espresso pods) and drip coffee making from the unit. The only challenge is creating foam/froth using the frothing wand. it is difficult to get the exact depth correct and create foam/froth satisfactorily. often, it just heats the milk and that's it. I prefer some heavy froth, more like foam, but cannot consistently create that with this unit. Otherwise, the unit operates well.

But I also wanted to be able to make lattes. This is perfect. It was a nice bonus to be able to use espresso pods and capsules. It is a very unique machine that offers so many options. My husband bought this for me for Christmas. I want to love it. But it's so expensive and just average. The coffee doesn't get hot enough. And I feel the same for thr frother. The wand arm is also is a very awkward position so it's really hard to access. I've reached out to cs but they just said the wand is in the position it should be and that there's no temp control for the wand frother

Very happy with the 4-in-1. We wanted a coffee machine which could do ground, K-cups and the Nespresso pods. Added bonus it has a steamer to do the frothing of the milk. Instructions were excellent - didn't need to watch you-tube videos... One caution is that it is "large" - we bought it for a destination travel trailer which has limited area. But it works for us. It has a dedicated countertop space and a dedicated shelf area.
