Overall, this is a nice coffeemaker. I really like the flexibility of everything it does. Everything works great and the design is very nice. The only thing I don't like is there is too much plastic. The main area where the plastic really impacts functionality is the little shelf you would use for espresso. The whole thing is plastic and it flexes quite a bit when putting even a little cup on it. You would think that would be reinforced even a little bit. I don't use the shelf because I don't trust it at all. It just feels like if I were to brew a large espresso, it would have a hard time supporting it. And then, over time, it would just get worse. This one design flaw is the only issue ai have with this unit, otherwise, I love it!

We had a ninja 4in1 first, but returned it bc the warming plate would not turn on unless you brewed a quarter carafe or more. This cuisinart 4in1 does everything we want, the warming plate turns on for all brew sizes of coffee, the steam wand has been great for making cappuccino, and we've been loving it. Only gripe is with the coffee water reservoir. The lid only opens to straight up (vs past vertical on a prior model we own), so it gets hard to pour the last bit of water in if brewing over a half pot. I ended up using a funnel to solve that issue. I do love the removable water container on the back side for the kcups & espresso. I wish they could've shared that reservoir with the coffee function somehow. Overall, love it, and would highly recommend!

We have enjoyed it except when using the k cup. After it brews coffee we noticed water leaking and coffee grounds in the cup. We called and they made us cut the cord on the back of the machine before they sent us a new one. Hoping this new one won’t do that.
