Coffee tastes wonderful again! I think the charcoal water filter really helps the coffee taste so much better. It is not bitter and has a smooth deep flavor!

Overall, the machine works well and provides quality coffee and espresso. Only reason for. “4” is that the espresso just doesn’t come out hot enough, and need to heat it up for a bit n the microwave.

have had this coffee maker for a little less than a month and it is fine. it is a little loud while brewing single cups. i am very disappointed that it did not include reusable single use and espresso filter cups and that they are not available to purchase from the manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient & easy to use. Many great features. The only suggestion is to make the espresso ledge sturdier so that it can also hold a coffee mug. This would help to avoid splashing when brewing with the pod feature.
