Makes all the kinds of coffees that it claims to and works well. For us, easier than a large espresso machine. The only complaint I have that it doesn't keep the brewed coffee warm enough or long enough -- I always go back for a 2nd or 3rd cup -- even if you reset the warming button.

Made great coffee. The steamer was a problem it does not adjust up and down and is difficult to shut off . Dangerous with the steam and hard to get the cup of steamed milk out.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is the worst user experience design from a mechanical engineer. The instructions are simplistic and 2 of the 3 ways to make coffee aren’t easy to make. You have to turn the right knobs in the right spot and it ain’t easy. Try to keep the burning plate on warm. Seriously try to do it - you can’t. Look it up on YouTube - no one can.

Carafe’s lid leaks when trying to pour. Have to hang maker off of the edge of the counter to get cup under steamer. Hard to pour carafe of water into the reservoir because the lid doesn’t open enough to easily pour.

I'm on my fourth 4N1 coffee maker within one year of purchase. Coffee brewing clean system didn't work properly and excessive water accumulation where k-cups are inserted. Additionally, the brew quantities for the k-cups was inaccurate. Cuisinart was very responsive when I called and they immediately shipped a new machine (for each problem occurrence). The last replacement was an upgraded model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coffee However You’d Like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, this all-in-one coffee maker offers so many options that one MUST read the instructions to understand what does what. We’re still trying to figure out how to get the ‘clean’ notice to clear despite cleaning everything. Likewise, it took us trial and error to get the espresso pod function to work. The single cup pod dispenser is louder and takes longer to brew than its competition, but still makes a good cup.
Regardless, the Cuisinart Coffee Center delivers all of the possible coffee options one would hope for. The functions take a while to get used to, but are intuitive once you understand the system.
Despite a few setbacks, the Cuisinart is a robust coffee maker that delivers a great cup of coffee however you’d like.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's super easy to use. Make sure you read all the instructions before you start.
It makes a great cup of coffee.
My wife loves a great cappuccino. So this is great for her to have the cappuccino. You can always have a latte or even a cup of espresso.
You're able to use your individual k-cups or even the Nespresso pods in this machine!
This takes the place of several countertop machines and saves so much space!
I really like the fact that I don't have to leave home to get a great beverage!
And entertaining for breakfast and brunch is now way more fun.
