Love the quality and look. There is a learning curve with using the k-cups though. I sent back my first coffee maker because brewing the smallest k cup size left water all over the top and none inside. The second one had the same issue. Turns out the smallest single cup setting is for the nespresso pods only. Kcups need the middle and large settings to work. Otherwise it’s water leaking all over the top! Now that I’ve figured that out, everything is perfect!! Instructions about this would have been very helpful.

After researching all options for a coffee maker that does everything we went with the cuisinart. We love the ability to make a pot of coffee, use k cups, or use the espresso pods and steam milk or get just hot water. We don’t love that the steamer wand doesn’t move up or down and we have to slide the whole machine to the edge of the counter to use it. The hot water function uses the steamer wand and the water is not very hot. I wish the coffee pot was a thermal pot and not glass as the coffee tastes burned quickly since it’s heated from below. The k cup function frequently doesn’t work corrrectly and will produce only water in the mug. We have to sometimes try 3 or 4 times to get it to produce coffee.

All in all, I like the coffee maker, but! There is no way to shut coffeemaker off, only way is to set the "OFF-TIMER" to desired length. Also, a little tricky to pour water in without spilling, splashing because the cover doesn't fold back far enough away.

The versatility between the whole pot and/or a pod option sold me. My daughter however, enjoys the steamer and cappuccino/espresso option as she enjoys creating her on drink. Be able to set the timer at night and wake up to a pot of coffee during the week/weekend is my favorite option. Clean up of the reusable filter is easy and overall functionality has been top notch.

Best part of this coffee machine is choices you have in making coffee. I love to top off my Keurig coffee with a Nespresso flavor. It’s the best of both worlds

Great coffee. It brews hotter is more flavorful than our former Keurig. I like how we can brew Nespresso pods and also make a full pot of coffee from grounds. The milk frothing wand is easy to clean and fits easily into a small milk pitcher.
But the brewer is higher than my others (Keurig or Nespresso), so I have to pull it closer to the edge of the counter when brewing pods—its only drawback .
