great improvement over old design - much more substantial - this is at least the 5th one we have had over many - so it must be good for us to keep buying them over the years - great customer service - only suggestion would be to make the grinder a little larger, so it can easy handle 12 scoops of beans (it does struggle a little with 12), so we only brew 10 cups

The coffee is good. We are using the grinder feature. It is unbearably loud,
with a high pitched sound. This is our second one, having replaced the first
for the same reason. We are going to use only ground coffee in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent coffee maker. Had old Cuisinart grind and brew. This one much better. Only thing I don’t care for as much is only fill with coffee beans per pot. Old one allowed a full hopper.
