We love it! This replaced another Cuisinart coffeemaker that finally broke after about 8 years. We like all the features on it and it looks good on the counter. The one complaint is the lid of the carafe doesn't sit well on the carafe --- it doesn't have that "click" that lets us know that it is sitting tightly --- and sometimes when we pour a cup of coffee, the coffee spills onto the counter, despite pouring it carefully. It doesn't happen all the time, though, which is sort of weird. The unit is easy to clean and makes a good pot of coffee. We're generally quite pleased.

I love the coffee that this product makes, but the amount of cleaning and processing I have to do each time is a pain... I thought I had purchased the cuisinart coffee maker that allows me to pour the beans into the top section and not have to replace and wash the bean grinder and grinder cover for each pot I make but I was mistaken! Kind of disappointed, but if you are willing to wash several of the parts after each and every use, the coffee itself tastes great!

We purchased this coffee making to easily make coffee on a daily basis. We are using up our ground coffee so we don’t need the grinder. What happens, is each time we brew coffee, the grinder gets wet with condensation and I need to clean it each time. That’s the only real complaint. The coffee is great, and that’s with pre-ground beans, so I’m anxious to see how it is with freshly ground. I think my guys just have to get used to cleaning the thing…it’s an extra couple steps but not too time consuming. I actually drink tea but the men in my house like it.
