Reliable, works great, this is our 2nd one. Only issue related to the carafe's always dripping when pouring water or coffee - - but (thanks to the 3 year warranty) that was promptly fixed and replaced when we called in to the Service / Customer Relations department. THANK YOU.

Very convenient to have the ability to use ground or whole bean coffee. Machine is easy to clean so you always feel you are brewing a fresh pot of coffee. My only complaint is the lid does not "attach" to the carafe and doesn't sit "tight" unless you hold onto it, so if you aren't careful it's easy to spill coffee everywhere.

Love it!! I’m not sure why people say it’s noisy. It’s very quiet. I had a Mr coffee and that thing is extremely loud so this coffee maker is a dream. I love the programming system and being able to wake up in the morning with fresh brewed coffee.
