I purchased this Grind & Brew coffee maker as a replacement for an older Grind & Brew machine that unfortunately got fried during an extreme power surge! I was at first surprised by the differences between this newer version and the older one I replaced, but I soon came to appreciate the IMPROVEMENTS. The controls and programming are simple and easy. I have mine set to go brew every morning at 7:00a.m., so it is fresh and ready in time for me to have with breakfast before I leave for work in the morning.
With this new machine you do have to clean out the grinding unit after each use, but I find that it is very simple to do and only takes less than a minute. I let all the parts drip-dry, which takes about an hour or so in dish drying rack.
I can highly recommend this Grind & Brew unit

Great quality product and EXCELLENT Customer Service. I’m very fussy (picky) about my morning coffee, strong and smooth. This grind and brew makes life so simple to get a great cup just as I like it. So easy since it freshly grinds the beans ( holds a half a pound of coffee beans) and gives me coffee of substance, not just colored water. Love it and highly recommend. Worth every penny.

Our brand new Cuisinart coffee maker made delicious coffee, However, the coffee pot leaked down the front with every pour, dripping on the counter and floor.
We were not able to just exchange the pot, so had to return the whole unit.
We made an even exchange for the same model, and again, the pot leaked in the same area. We then returned it for a refund.
Both units made wonderful coffee, but we couldn’t deal with the leaking.
