The carafe for your coffee maker is horrible. It is designed to spill coffee. I love your products, but you really, really, really need to design a carafe that can pour coffee without it going down the sides of the carafe.

I really like the coffeemaker and the coffee grind function. It really provides for fresh, ground coffee. I found that the carafe had a small leak around the rim, which I took care of. Since then, it hasn't been a problem. The coffee maker is easy to use. The first time I used the grinding function, I wasn't prepared how loud it is, but since then, I don't pay any attention to it. All in all, it is a good value, looks good and the coffee tastes great!
