Thought this would be amazing, but it's not. The grinder is tiny and is ridiculously loud and grinds and grinds and grinds...far longer than it needs to. It made 6 cups in 6 minutes at first, but now it is getting slower....haven't timed it but feels like 10 min. It does make good coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the version with the bean reservoir on top for ten years and loved it. It developed a leak in the water tank so had to replace it.
They don’t make it any longer so replaced it with this and it works well but requires more cleaning between operations and measures for each pot. It’s still very good but not as convenient as the one before.

This was a replacement to previous model to this one. We utilized the warranty as our broke and we got this model as a replacement. The coffee maker is good but the ease of the warranty process will keep us coming back for more.

Excellent product. We like the taste of fresh ground coffee in the morning. The 12 cups are just right for home and to take to work. The warmer stays on for about 4 hours, so you can enjoy coffee all morning long.

Not happy. Coffee is weak. Tried several different brands of beans and filled the hopper to max capacity and still weak. We don’t use it anymore. Regret buying it.

An excellent machine that grinds the coffee and is brewed at the precise right temperature and keeps it warm for 2 hours. This is my 3td unit…in 15 years they are really durable and the new ones have added features that makes them better. Thanks for the product.

Needed a new coffee maker and this fit the bill. Love fresh ground beans, but not having to grind then scoop into the basket - all time saved is precious in the morning. Easy to use, easy to clean. Granted the auto grind feature was a surprise the first few times, but you get used to it.
