Nice coffee maker. Easy to use. Wish it was easier to clean. Wish you could add more beans and would auto detect amount to grind. Makes good coffee.

This coffeemaker has automatic shut off which is a great feature for busy people. It can also be programmed regarding start time, as well as when it will shut off. The downside is that the grinder is very loud, and it is pretty messy to clean each time as the heat and condensation cause remaining grounds in the grinder to become wet and packed into it. For the most part, I grind my coffee myself and add it to the coffeemaker already ground. It makes a high-pitch beep when the coffee is done brewing and again when it is about to turn off that drives my dog into a panic. I wish there was a way to silence that. I need to check for a volume choice in settings. I have only had the pot for a month, so there may be more choices in the settings. Overall a good quality brewer that results in great coffee every time.

Nice product, only one minor flaw. The grind feature has to be turned off or it makes a horrible sound that wakes up the whole house. It would be helpful if it had to be turned on to use instead. Its not a feature I've ever used yet so no need to be on all the time

This is a great Coffeemaker, in fact it is our second one we have purchased. My first one lasted at least 15 years and started to leak a little bit so I bought another one. It is so nice to be able to use whole bean coffee or grounds. I would definitely recommend this coffeemaker.
