Horrible company. don’t believe the warranty.

Product given to me as a gift. Filter basket broke. When I called Cuisinart I was told machine under warranty but they don’t have part I need. Without receipt, they can’t do anything for me. It was a gift and I don’t have a receipt. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM!!! Why have warranty if you discontinue parts.

We have had two Hamilton Beach FlexBrew products and liked them very much. We switched to the Cuisinart Coffee Center Grind and Brew Plus for two reasons. GRINDER ... my wife likes to grind her own beans about half the time and we wanted a unit with a grinder built in. Your grinder works fine, BUT I was surprised to learn I had to remove it and dry it off even when we were not grinding beans. It gets steamed up and both pieces of the grinder have to be dried out. PLASTICS ... we worried that the plastic "guts" of the HB FlexBrew was reported to create microplastics and mix them in the water. Yours was rated free of that concern, or so my wife reported from her online research. Overall this is an attractive and easy to maintain unit which brews good coffee.

I had the older Cuisinart with the burr grinder but it died along with my warranty. It was good but I really like this one. It's easier to clean and the coffee seems to taste better. Great upgrade!

Broken part needs replaced

I love this machine. However, the grinder lid broke and I cannot find the correct replacement part. All of the ones I have found online are not configured correctly for this machine. Please help!!

We own 2 of this particular coffee makers. One for our home and one for a rental unit. Everyone likes having choices and this coffee maker delivers. My spouse likes to make a pot early in the morning. I’m not an early morning person and by the time I get around to drinking my first cup- I can make a fresh single pod. We occasionally use the grind and brew when we want something different or special, which is also an added bonus! Clean up is not difficult at all.
