The individual k-cup didn’t work. The grounds would be scattered everywhere and the water would spray out all over. I returned it.

Love this coffee maker it would be better if the Reservoir for the single serve held more water. And there was a backup light on the clock. It's very hard to set the timer without a flashlight.

The K-Cup portion doesn’t work. Grounds exploded everywhere. K-cup side is VERY loud. No water reservoir viewer on k-cup side to see how much water is in machine. Terrible design.

This coffee machine is awful. You must clean the grinder and essentially the whole machine every single time you use it. I’m not sure why the water needs to go through the grinder section. The pod side of the machine squirts water when it is dispensing. Don’t buy this if you want an easy coffee making experience.

I love the fact that it can grind beans and be programmed. We also use the Pod side as a kettle for hot water only and it works great for that.
However, clean up is not as simple as other coffee makers I have used in the past. Also, we had a grind and brew type before and we were able to “fill it up” with beans and it would auto measure the amount of grounds needed. With this maker you have to clean it, measure it out, and set every time. I would love to fill it up and program it and not have to think about it until the morning pot is finished.

Every kcup we tried exploded in the machine and we had to completely clean out the whole machine. I exchanged it for a new machine and it did the same. I returned that one and said no more. I tried at least 12 k cups. I went back to my old Cuisinart grind and brew and Keurig.

I've had several Cuisinart coffee makers over the years, all great EXCEPT one would think after all the years a better carafe that pours without dripping would have been developed. Otherwise a great coffee maker.
