I splurged hoping to dodge all the headaches of a keurig. So far so good, we like the brewing options including single serve with the sold separately granules pod. I dont understand why they wouldnt include that though. I havent used yhe grinder yet but notice that chamber gets moisture buildup. It seems like that module should be removable until needed, but no,it needs to be installed to view anything.

I have to clean the bean grinder after each use or it gets gummed up and won’t work 😡

I purchased the Grind and Brew Plus and after getting it home I followed the instructions to begin the use of the coffee center. I found using it the first time the beans were ground very nicely and the coffee was hot when the brew was completed. It was also nice that the device allowed me to pour a cup while it was still brewing and did not keep dripping while I was pouring a cup. This was very important to me as I didn't want to wait to get my first cup. I would recommend this device highly.

This is a great machine. The best parts of it is that the Keurig side puts out a hot cup of coffee (so many pod machines put out tepid coffee). This thing has been a trusty sidekick for a few years. The grinder works great, though we rarely use it...we just prefer to grind our own.
Of HUGE importance. Our unit did die in a little under two years (about the 22 month mark), but Cuisinart's warranty is awesome...it was 3 years, and the process was super simple (so many companies act like I'm a criminal when trying to exercise the warranty THEY offer for the broken stuff). I've had this experience with them with other products as well. Cuisinart has my brand loyalty for good products and good service.

This coffee pot worked great until it did not. We have had this pot for about 2 years. Turn the pot on it will grind the beans then nothing. WIll not percolate the water and warming pad will not heat up. For the cost of this machine it should last longer.
