A good upgrade from my old coffee maker. Grinds coffee beans, able to use the pods, easy to use and clean! Makes smooth coffee! However, the coffee grinding is lacking a bit, it doesn't grind everything and a lot of the grounded ones get stuck inside and doesn’t fall to the filter. This could be normal, but I just prefer to buy pre grounded coffee beans now.

Good product. Like the two brew options plus grind option. Can set a timer too. Sometimes certain pods explode, cuisinart recommended keurig and green mountain pods only to prevent that. Basket for carafe doesn’t require a liner which is nice. Pod water side holds enough for about three cups.

Pod Stopped Working in less than a month.

I got my unit as a Christmas present last year. We were in the process of building a new home, so I never even opened it until last month so it is still pretty new. The Pod dispenser has suddenly stopped working. Note: I am the only coffee drinker so just one pod a day. It lights up and allows me to select the size but it shuts off before the process even starts. It shouldn't be dirty, but I cleaned it anyway. The only advice (including the instruction manual) is to reset the unit by unplugging it. Tried that too. No luck and yes it has water. I requested this as a gift so I would be able to make fresh brewed coffee when I have company, but that is only occasionally. I use the pod daily!!!
