Major design flaw. Steam from brewing goes up into the grind compartment and clogs it up after just a couple brews. Must be removed and washed out every other brew to prevent it. Stick with the older models with the bean storage compartment on top, they are the best coffee machines ever!

Not good at all. Have to clean the grinding basket every time to make sure you get coffee strong enough to taste. It was not damp as it had not been washed. Some of the beans did nor even grind. Probably the worst designed grinder on the market. Only creates more work to get coffee. Save your money or buy a separate grinder for your beans.

The pod coffee maker works great. We are having some issues with the bean grinder getting moisture in, to the point that all of the fresh grounds do not dispense into the filter. This also makes cleaning difficult. I find that I'm still needing to use a separate grinder, which defeated the purpose of getting this machine.

This is as a replacement coffeemaker. My original purchase was a year ago. Very happy with the coffee by product but the machine itself is all plastic and a little flimsy. That’s what happened to mine a little piece broke off the top lid and to use the machine I had to use a heavy jar of pasta sauce to keep it closed.
