This is as a replacement coffeemaker. My original purchase was a year ago. Very happy with the coffee by product but the machine itself is all plastic and a little flimsy. That’s what happened to mine a little piece broke off the top lid and to use the machine I had to use a heavy jar of pasta sauce to keep it closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exact features I was looking for a great price. Built in grinder is solid and not too loud. K-cup part is easy to use. Grinder and basket easy to remove but they a bit of a pain to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the new coffee maker every day since we received it. It works great. Wish the grinder wasn’t as loud but it’s about as loud as a regular grinder.

Problem with brewer

I bought this product and it has failed after a year. Got it replaced and it failed again after a year. I would not recommend this product because of the problem with the brewer the pod has never failed.I feel that there is definitely a problem with this coffee maker. Unfortunately we do not return the product for inspection.

Purchased unit in late December. Noticed leaking from Keurig dispenser. Two weeks ago, the unit stopped working. I’ve been unable to contact mfg even thought warrantee was provided online. Phone number connects to Sugar Hill records…..?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
