The K-cup brewer did not work. It punched very large holes in the tops of the pods resulting in water and coffee grounds throughout the brewer and all over the counter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For years I’ve always had a Keurig but lately I’ve been wanting a coffee maker with a built in grinder. Stumbled on this Cuisinart Coffee Center Grind and Brew. Was exactly what I wanted and I figured I’d give it a shot and was I happy I did! The grinding function works perfectly the way I can now program the coffee maker is a plus and with the Kcup brewer also attached I can still make single serve which I find is way hotter than my Keurig and is more accurate with the ounces it pours.

Great coffee maker with lots of versatility! I replaced 2 other appliances with this one machine. Makes carafe full, grinds beans or fill basket with favorite coffee. There are 3 sizes of individual k-cups to choose from and I bought the 2 additional reusable pods for ease of using my own ground coffee. Such a saving for budget and environment! Cuisinart quality always satisfies with excellent performance. Bonus that parts are dishwasher safe.
