I really tried hard to like this Coffee Pot but it’s just does.not preform like my old Cuisinart DHB-900BC. I prefer a metal carafe rather than the glass one that comes with this new pot. I don’t like the smaller bean grinder compartment. It steams up during use causing the beans to stay wet and stick to the bean grinding compartment and that makes for weaker coffee. Even with using the bold setting. I waste more coffee than I should. I have to clean the pot after every use which is time consuming. It’s just not very user friendly and I will not be buying another one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent price for everything I wanted. I wanted the quickness of a k-cup combined with the ability to grind/brew a pot when I wanted. Do they make such a thing?! Yes! Leave it to cuisinart. Perfect!
