Very nice coffee maker. The only thing I would have changed is where the water is put in. It’s a little awkwardly placed and water is often spilled if not careful.

Great product, especially the grind and brew feature. I wish the water reservoir for the pod feature was bigger. It also has a hole in the back to prevent overfilling which seems pointless and, at times, annoying. Other than that, it is an excellent machine!

The single cup has to be refilled after two 8 oz. Cups and the full line is very hard to see resulting in overflow. I’m incredibly disappointed in this machine.

I like the Grind and Brew plus very much. Having both a carafe and pod making capability in one unit is a plus. A suggestion on the pod side to have a better way to see how much water is in the reservoir and a burr grinder would be a great improvement. I would recommend for someone who likes to grind their own beans for a great cup of coffee.

I had this for about one monthand dofar it works great. It makes a great cup of coffee in the Caraffe and pod. The grinder is louder than the burr grinder we had before but does a great job grinding the bus for a robust brew.
